Our REACH content – Free Articles & Videos, and Paid Webinars & Courses – teach full spectrum knowledge about the industry, tools, methods and best practices for project success.
We also create and manage custom tools for Owners & Managers can organize & track the Financials, Documents, and Metrics of their projects, spaces, buildings, and properties.
Over the past years working as an Owner’s Representative in New York City, on many high profile commercial and residential projects, I’ve also been astounded about the lack of knowledge about how things work in developing and executing a Leasing, Architecture and Construction projects. I’ve heard of countless stories of opportunistic contractors, projects bogged down with Change Orders and schedule delays, projects way over budget, and also tons of questions from clients about how everything works, and what they really need to expect from start to finish, when engaging in a project like this. Many also attempt to do things on their own, but do know that managing an Architecture and Construction project as an Owner is often a full time daily process, and requires care and attention to the details and processes to get it right. One month of time in learning in advance, saves a year in learning through expensive mistakes.
In early 2022 we are launching our first program, REACH Financial.
REACH Financial:
A Seven Day, thirty minutes a day course in Professional Financial Management for Architecture and Construction Projects.
This course teaches Businesses, Owners and Managers the full spectrum process of managing an Architecture and Construction project, financially. It can be applied to developing a new building on new land, just as it can for renovating an existing property or office space with additional design and construction, and just as it can for expanding a business onto a new floor or into a new building.
We’re also building and will include tools on:

- Proposal and Invoice Review and Management
